This announcement follows a multitude of branch openings across the United States in the past year including Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nashville International Airport, and Kauai Lihue International Airport, continuing to grow the brand’s footprint nationwide.
Vail averages more than 1.6 million visits annually with 2021 being one of the busiest years on record, according to Eagle County Regional Airport. The city is one of the most well-renowned skiing destinations in the United States and the opening of the SIXT Vail branch will give winter travelers the opportunity to rent the best-in-class transportation when they head to the mountains. The branch opening is ideally timed with most ski resorts across Colorado officially opening their doors in early November.
